How an engagement runs
- Scoping. A written boundary: the job, the access it needs, the people responsible and the evidence required for acceptance.
- Build. Working software and configuration, reviewed against representative cases and the agreed failure conditions.
- Handover. Source, operating instructions and a walkthrough with the person who will run the system. Ongoing support is agreed per engagement.
